What this covers
This notice covers the TandemPaws public website and its early-access waitlist. The website does not provide user accounts, payments, analytics, or dog-training services.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, whether you identify as a dog owner or dog trainer, your consent timestamp, and—only if you choose to share it—your dog’s name. We do not ask for training histories, health information, addresses, or payment details.
How we use it
We use waitlist information only to manage early access and send TandemPaws product updates you requested. We do not sell it or use third-party form providers.
How we protect it
Waitlist records are stored in a database controlled by TandemPaws. The form uses spam and rate-limit protections. Network information used for rate limiting is transformed before temporary storage and is not added to your waitlist record.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your waitlist information, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. We will verify requests before acting on them.
Retention
We keep waitlist information while early access is active or until you ask us to delete it. Temporary rate-limit records expire automatically.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update the date above. Material changes to how waitlist information is used will not be applied without an appropriate notice or new consent.
